Ending on Some High Notes
Has it really been two years since our last championship? Well, with
some pleasantly unexpected roster changes, and some tweaking in our
strategy, Animal House finished on top at the Westside
Volleyball Minors divsion! Big congratulations to my teammates for
their solid play the final 3 weeks to clinch it for us! It is also nice
to go out on top as a team captain, as I will be stepping down to
concentrate more on my half-marathon training. The “pressure” is on for my successors, Stan and Stacey. Can we repeat?

I can’t believe it was a decade ago when I started leading a
Bible study. And now, with yesterday’s cell group meeting completed (at
1 a.m. no less, thanks to Josh and some aftermath Lego Star Wars II), it
feels like things have come full circle. The cell group members gave me
a nice thank you card, and we’re heading out to K-town next Wednesday to celebrate.If you were a part of the working cell group, stop by if you wish. I would like to see you. Just send an e-mail to me.
